About Moxley & Associates, LLC

Until April, 2002, Russ Moxley was a Senior Fellow at The Center for Creative Leadership, a nonprofit research and educational organization headquartered in Greensboro, NC.

Now he designs and delivers leadership development workshops in for-profit and nonprofit organizations, does executive coaching, facilitates formation retreats and consults with organizations to help them develop a systematic approach to leadership development. Russ is also in increasing demand as a keynote speaker.

Russ is the author of several books including "Leadership and Spirit" (1999). He is also co-editor and one of the authors of "The Center for Creative Leadership Handbook for Leadership Development" (1998).
